• Holiday Vouyagers, through its trusted network of destination managers, holds the responsibility of delivering the services and all the related operations – including the hotel booking, transportation arrangements, sightseeig and experiences, which are detailed as per the itinerary, subject to the price charged for.
- Holiday Vouyagers does not guaranteed delivery of service if payment is not made to the Holiday Vouyagers account,
- As a responsible Travel Agency, Holiday Vouyagers performs necessary due diligence and conduct periodic quality check and acts as a reliable channel of trust between the service providers at each destination and travelers. However, we request the travelers to do their part as well in reading the review ratings of the hotels they are booking, beforehand to avoid any unpleasant incidents.
- The room inventory status is always dynamic in nature, due to which an availability check will need to be performed after receiving your advance payment.
- Holiday Vouyagers or its affiliate partners will not be liable for visa refusals in case of international trips. Cancellation policies would stand as they are in case of refusal of visa application.
- Passport of all travellers need to have 6- month validity from the date of departure. In case of any confusion about applicability of passport W.R.T. trip departure, kindly get in touch with Holiday Vouyagers at the earliest
- Holiday Vouyagers or its affiliate partners will not be liable for any Visa rejections and Hotel cancellation policies would still stand as they are.
- Embassies and Consulates will not accept passports for visa issuance and travel in the below mentioned conditions
If the passport has been issued with a validity of 20 years
If the passport is not machine-readable, i.e., if it is handwritten
If the passport will expire within the next six months of travel
If you do not have enough visa pages. There is no provision of additional booklets/pages
If the passport is damaged in any way (such as water spots, torn pages, thread off) - Travelers are advised to check that passports are valid and eligible for international travel. Holiday Vouyagers will not be liable for passport being declared ineligible for entry/exit In the event of change in Visa fee, the additional fee must be borne by the traveler.
- Visa fees are non-refundable once the visa has been applied
- Please note the hotel check in time is at 2pm and check out time is at 12noon. Requests for any early check in and late check out is at hotel’s discretion.
- The package cost does not include any entry fees to museums, monuments, water sports or any other activity that you may avail directly at the destination.
- Scanned passport copies (first and last page) MUST be shared within 2hrs of Advance Payment. Any increase in flight fares after that need to be borne by the travellers if the passport copies are not shared in time. If passport is not available, full names of pax. as per passport is mandatory (Holiday Vouyagers is not responsible for any name mismatches between passport and tickets which might lead to denial of flight boarding). If passport has been just applied, copy of the application is needed to book the tickets/hotels.
- All disputes are subject to Delhi Jurisdiction exclusively
- Holiday Vouyagers shall not be liable for any losses incurred by the travellers due to violation of rules of local government
- In case on any currency fluctuations or amendment in local Government taxes, Holiday Vouyagers the right to adjust the tour price accordingly
- Holiday Vouyagers is not liable for the care of personal items of travellers during the trip. Any loss or damage of any valuable items like mobile, tab, gold etc is purely customer responsibility
- Holiday Vouyagers is not responsible for airline cancellation delays
- In case of non-compliance of payment terms, Holiday Vouyagers the right to cancel the booking
- In case of force majeure cases (such as curfew, riots etc), Holiday Vouyagers shall not be liable for any losses made thereof
- Circumstances amounting to “force majeure” include any event which we or the supplier of the service(s) in question could not even with all due care, foresee or forestall such as (by way of example and not by way of limitation) war, threat of war, riot, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, acts of God, adverse weather conditions, and all similar events
- In case local attractions are closed for maintenance/weather conditions/government orders/strike/curfew/natural calamity/other unforeseen reasons, Holiday Vouyagers will try its best to reimburse the traveller appropriate amount against the same in case refund is possible. However, Holiday Vouyagers are not obligated for the same and cannot be held liable against it
- Our liability is limited if the tour/transport is disrupted in the event of fires, explosions caused by earthquakes, drought, tidal waves, floods termed as an Act of GOD; in the event of hostilities, war or to be declared war, invasion of foreign enemies, embargo, rebellion, riot, commotion, strikes, go slows, lock outs, revolution or civil war, or acts or threats of terrorism, radio activity leak due to nuclear fuel, natural and manmade pandemic etc. No compensation can be given as the circumstances are beyond our control / authority.

(A)Payment Terms for Cancellation of Package: - 90 days Prior: 10% of the Land Arrangement Price(Non-Refundable) + Insurance, Visa (Non-Refundable)
- 60 Days prior: 50% of the Land Arrangement Price(Non-Refundable) + Insurance, Visa (Non-Refundable)
- 30 Days prior: 100% of the Land arrangement Price(Non-Refundable) + Insurance, Visa (Non-Refundable)
- Above mentioned payment terms are generic ones which might change depending on Hotel’s terms and condition which will be communicated once the booking will be confirmed
- All the payments can be made online or offline. The check-in to the hotel, will be subject to the successful payment and updation of the same in our platform
o Online: Using payment gateway (recommended)
o Offline: By bank deposit or NEFT, to Holiday Vouyagers’ bank account - If the balance payment is not complete and status is not updated in our system at least 30 working days prior to the date of arrival, the rooms booked in your name will be auto-cancelled for all the hotels in the itinerary.
- If the payment is not received on the due date traveler will be liable to bear extra charges incurred for increase in Hotel and sightseeing’s as subject to availability and price change.
- In Maldives & Mauritius cases, there will be late payment penalty for INR 1500 Per Day, if the traveler is not able to make the payment of installments on given date as per the invoice. In order to reinstate the same booking if there will be any extra charges incurred apart from late payment penalty traveler will be liable to bear that as well.
- Transaction charges as levied by the bank will be applicable for the payments made using payment gateway.
- Please note an amount of INR 4000/- Per Passenger will be charged for any rescheduling of the trip once the BCR (Booking confirmation Receipt) is shared and INR 5000 Per Passenger will be charged on top of the cancellation policy levied for the Land Arrangement as our Service fee and rest cancelation policy will be updated as per With regard to PARA (A) above.
